EVALUATION

The National Anti-Drug Strategy has to be based on a periodically assessment on the character and extent of the drug use phenomenon and of its consequences, and also on data acquired by research, and from experience resulted from previous programs.
Periodically, after the enforcing of the Anti-Drug National Agency, this will do the assessment according to the Government Decision no. 1489/2002.
