manages activities related to the formulation and revision of all documents that are to be submitted to the President (information materials, documents in the portfolio);

verifies the approval procedure of the documents submitted to the President according to the internal documents on approval; the cabinet sends back the documents, that do not comply with the approval hierarchy laid down in the regulation, to the departments that have issued them;

sends the documents approved by the President to the interested departments;

manages the President's daily schedule; it transmits the updated internal work agenda to the chief executives of the Agency on a daily basis as the President indicates after having given his approval of the daily agenda;

supervises and controls the stage of the works and answers in progress, which within legal limits are addressed to petitioners, authorities, legal persons or institutions and refer to the specific activity of the Agency;

performs and is responsible for the selection, hierarchy and choice of the relevant topics found in the information documents and of those included in the President's correspondence.

is charged with the operative management of the information documents of special nature, addressed to the President;

ensures the continuous relation with the executive body of the agency and other authorities and institutions of the public administration;

sends internal and external messages through the IT system;

receives, prepares and sends the correspondence;

enables protocol activities;

accomplishes other tasks indicated by the President.
